Personal Data Treatment
Personal Data Treatment ENEL shall process personal data of those who access and consult the Portal in full compliance with the provisions of Italian national legislation on privacy and, in particular of Legislative Decree n. 196/03. Where access to particular services is subject to the disclosure of personal data upon registration, as reported by the Information given at the time of the access, the acquisition of personal data, that may be required, is an essential condition for the access to the Portal. Users’ personal data shall not be released to third parties, except in the cases provided by the Information itself and/or by law and, however, according to the permitted uses. The Data Controller ENEL S.p.A. may use such personal data for all purposes indicated in the Information in order to ensure the proper execution of all activities related to the Portal and, if deemed necessary, may disclose them to other ENEL Group companies.
